Stakeholder collaboration was identified as a main priority in PAS's Strategic Plan. We value inclusiveness and collaborative solutions within pharmacy practice and make every attempt to work with other organizations to enhance the health system and better serve our members.

Since 1907, this national, non-profit organization has charted the course through many developments in pharmacy, and continues to be the national voice of Canadian pharmacists. The pharmacy profession and health care in general are changing, creating new opportunities for pharmacists to focus on providing better patient care.

The Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals is the self-governing body for the profession of pharmacy in the province. Under authority of The Pharmacy Act, 1996, they regulate pharmacists, pharmacies and drugs.

medSask supports positive health outcomes in Saskatchewan by providing healthcare professionals and the general public with access to on-demand, accurate, evidence-based drug information. Licensed pharmacists respond to drug queries 365 days a year through two toll-free telephone lines. medSask also offers education opportunities for students at the University of Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy and Nutrition, continuing education for healthcare professionals, and works on drug-therapy projects with other health organizations.
